Looking back over all these years I've been in the computer world, I can not amaze me by the dizzying career that has occurred and is occurring in what have been called "The new technologies of information". But new technologies, for whom? for what kind of people? even when they have be considered new?
Today it is unthinkable to work without a computer in any Office of any kind of company. The amount of information that has accumulated over the years, makes it impossible that you can handle manually. We would need lots of cupboards and cabinets that would take hours look for anything that was not that wing have kept only a few days ago.
But in addition, computers have also become an everyday item in many households, either by professional, recreational grounds or, usually, by a mixture of both. Statistical studies show that more and more computers are sold and there is increasingly more million users accessing the Internet. However, many people buy a computer and use it as if it were a washing machine: they only know how to turn on the computer, open a program to do four things with it, and when it does end, turn off the "appliance".
